By accessing the Rello Runs, LLC website, enrolling in coaching services, participating in programs, purchasing merchandise, or maintaining a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If registering a participant under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the participant’s parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

Coaching Services

Rello Runs, LLC provides basketball instruction, coaching, training, camps, clinics, lessons, and athletic development services for youth and adult participants.

Results are not guaranteed. Participation in coaching programs does not guarantee athletic advancement, team placement, scholarships, recruitment opportunities, or performance outcomes.

Session Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Private sessions, coaching appointments, and training classes require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund, makeup session, or credit.

No-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.

Rello Runs reserves the right to reschedule training sessions due to weather, coach availability, facility issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Membership Billing

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew.

By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring monthly billing to your selected payment method.

Memberships continue month-to-month unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any membership.

Membership fees already billed are non-refundable and non-prorated.

Failure to attend sessions or use membership benefits does not suspend or terminate recurring billing.

Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed through Clover.

You agree to maintain valid payment information on file. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of participation until payment is resolved.

Rello Runs reserves the right to collect outstanding balances owed.

Merchandise Sales

All merchandise purchases are final except as expressly allowed under our Return Policy.

Product images, sizing, and colors may vary slightly from website representations.

Returns & Refunds

Approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

Merchandise returns are only eligible if:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup
• Unworn and unused
• Verified to contain a manufacturer defect

Items returned due to incorrect sizing, preference, wear, damage after purchase, or misuse are not eligible for return.

Rello Runs reserves the right to inspect merchandise prior to approving any return.

Assumption of Risk

Basketball training and athletic participation involve inherent risks including but not limited to falls, contact with players or equipment, sprains, strains, illness, or serious injury.

By participating in any Rello Runs activity, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Parents or legal guardians assume these risks on behalf of minor participants.

Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician before engaging in athletic activities.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, Rello Runs staff may seek emergency medical treatment if a parent or guardian cannot immediately be reached.

The participant or parent/guardian accepts responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

Conduct Policy

Rello Runs reserves the right to suspend or remove participants for:

• Unsafe conduct
• Bullying or harassment
• Disruptive behavior
• Repeated violations of rules or policies

Removal due to conduct violations does not entitle the participant to refunds or credits.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, memberships, or merchandise, you agree to contact Rello Runs directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Improper chargebacks for services rendered, attended sessions, memberships, or delivered products may result in membership termination and collection efforts for unpaid balances.

Attendance records, communications, payment authorizations, registrations, and delivery confirmations may be used to dispute payment reversals.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Rello Runs, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to participation in programs, website use, memberships, or merchandise purchases.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
