Kaleah Simmons, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Since 2019, she has specialized in family medicine, treating patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, wellness, and holistic health.

Mrs. Simmons earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She brings a diverse clinical background that includes experience in intensive care, emergency medicine, cardiac care, fit-for-duty examinations, and preventive health services. Her prior role as a Clinical Director further strengthened her expertise in leadership, quality management, and healthcare operations.
